Mid-State Health Center is pleased to introduce its newest Family Medicine provider, Zachary (Zach) Dix, APRN. With a passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of the community, Zach will be an highly valuable addition to Mid-State’s Bristol office, located at 100 Robie Road.

As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Zach brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role at Mid-State Health Center. Zach earned his Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Rochester in New York and completed his Master of Nursing at Simmons University in Boston, MA. During his clinical rotations, Zach gained valuable experience at Mid-State and is now thrilled to return and practice at this community health center.

Zach is well-versed in managing a wide range of health conditions and promoting preventive care. He works closely with patients to create personalized healthcare plans that meet their unique needs and help them achieve their health goals. I’m excited to practice at Mid-State with its extensive network of connections and look forward to making a positive impact on the community.”
