Mid-State Health Center is proud to introduce its newest Family Medicine provider, Cheyenne Koble, PA-C. With a mission to listen to her patients and establish a judgment free relationship, Cheyenne will be a valuable addition to Mid-State’s team of top-notch providers.

Cheyenne received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at Franklin Pierce University in Ringe, New Hampshire, followed by her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science in Boston, MA. As a board-certified Physician’s Assistant treating patients of all ages, Cheyenne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Mid-State care team.

Dedicated to understanding patient preferences and guiding them toward achieving their health goals, Cheyenne is particularly adept in geriatric care and managing various health conditions across all age groups. Her patient-centric approach emphasizes attentive listening and trust-building to provide thorough, compassionate care tailored to individual needs. Through transparent communication, Cheyenne ensures each patient receives the highest standard of care.
