We look forward to an evening filled with insights, accomplishments, and a shared commitment to whole person health.

The evening will include remarks from Mid-State Health’s CEO, Medical Director, and Board President, a meet and greet with Mid-State’s new healthcare providers, and an Information Exposition with details about the many services Mid-State provides to Central NH residents like you!
Also discover the latest developments in our mission to embrace whole-person health, and dive into the accomplishments of the past year as we continue on our mission to expand access to essential healthcare services in our community.
