Plymouth, NH – In response to the community’s need for treatment and recovery options, Mid-State Health Center is now offering Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services in its Plymouth office in addition to its Bristol location.
The MAT program at Mid-State is an outpatient recovery option offering opioid substance use disorder treatment in an integrated model. A specialized team that includes certified physicians, behavioral health counselors, and clinical support staff offers participants a caring and safe environment, a personalized treatment plan to recovery through consistent, ongoing counseling, and medication assisted treatment. Every participant becomes a patient of the health center with full access to the comprehensive services it offers to support their recovery including primary care, dental, and social services.
Mid-State has been offering its MAT program in its Bristol office since 2015 and will continue to offer these services at that location as well.

Bristol, NH – Mid-State Health Center recently received an award from Northeast Delta Dental to acquire new equipment for its growing Oral Health Program in its Bristol office. Since adding oral health to its integrated primary care model in 2014, Mid-State’s dental team has been hard at work bringing much-needed oral health services to the region. “Our dental team is very appreciative of the continued support from companies like Northeast Delta Dental. Their contribution helps us deliver high quality, comprehensive oral health services to our community,” shared Dr. Kelly Perry, Mid-State’s Dental Director.
The dental program currently serves more than 1,200 community members of all ages and the demand for services continues to grow. With the investment from the Northeast Delta Dental, Mid-State installed upgraded and new equipment to ensure it is able to continue to serve the growing oral health needs of the region it serves.

Bristol, NH – Mid-State Health Center is excited to announce they plan to official open the doors to their new primary health care facility at 100 Robie Road in Bristol on Monday, June 2nd. This will be the new home for their Bristol team including Dr. Diederich, Dr. Berry and Dr. Warren. The hours and services will be the same as they were in the former Lake Street location for the first few months as plans for new services are implemented.
The new building is located at 100 Robie Road in Bristol, not far from the Bristol Shop-n-Save and will offer better parking and a closer proximity to downtown Bristol.
In this new location, Mid-State will initially offer primary care, behavioral health, and laboratory services and will expand the services over the coming months to include dental and pharmacy services as well. Sharon Beaty, Mid-State’s CEO shared, “the new primary health care facility in Bristol is designed specifically to meet the needs of the patient and will support the delivery of high-quality, innovative, primary care in a welcoming and comfortable environment”.
Mid-State believes this investment will ensure Bristol and the surrounding region will have affordable, high-quality health care for years to come. Financing for this project was made possible through the support of a USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Loan. Plans for a grand opening celebration are underway. The dental program is led by Mid-State’s Dental Director, Dr. Kelly Perry. She along with her team of two dental hygienists and two dental assistants are ready to accept new patients of all ages.
The Mid-State Dental Program focuses on improved access to dental care in the region. Although many people have an established relationship with a dentist, there are many community members who do not have a dentist and will benefit from receiving care at Mid-State. Mid-State’s dental program offers high- quality preventive and restorative dental services in a comfortable environment. Mid-State sees all patients regardless of their ability to pay whether they are an existing Mid-State patient or not and accepts most dental insurances including Medicaid and Medicare (limited). For those who are uninsured and qualify based on income, Mid-State also provides a sliding-fee-scale discount.
