Mid-State Health Center is seeking proposals for Philanthropy Consulting Services. The ideal consultant would have the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of fundraising and philanthropy experience in a non-profit organization.
- Track record of establishing a program within an organization.
- Great interpersonal skills, ability to research donors, motivational skills, and a commitment to the cause.
- Working knowledge on the purpose and mission of a federally qualified health center.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to help with outreach efforts.
- Knowledgeable about fundraising and philanthropy landscape in the Mid-State Catchment area.
