This year’s Nutrition month theme, “The Power of Nutrition,” highlights how the foods we eat can profoundly impact our energy, resilience, disease prevention, and overall quality of life. Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to strengthen our bodies, support mental well-being, and reduce the risk of chronic illness.
“Nutrition has the power to transform health at every stage of life,” says Denise. “The choices we make each day can help prevent and manage chronic disease, boost energy, and improve overall well-being. This Nutrition Month, I encourage everyone to recognize the power of nutrition and take small, meaningful steps toward healthier habits that can create lasting change.”
