Health isn’t just one visit or one need—it’s having a trusted place to turn through every stage of life. That’s why we offer a wide range of services for individuals and families across our region, all in one place and regardless of ability to pay.

From primary care and same-day sick visits to mental health support, oral health, and physical and occupational therapy, our team is here to support your health in every way. We also provide affordable radiology services—including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound—as well as orthopedic and chiropractic care. It means patients can get answers, treatment, and recovery support close to home, without the added burden of traveling far.

Every day, we see the impact of accessible, compassionate care. A child coming in for a check-up. A parent navigating a difficult season. A patient recovering from an injury. In each moment, we meet people where they are—with care they can trust.

As a community health center, we believe everyone deserves access to care, regardless of their ability to pay. In the past two years alone, Mid-State Health Center has provided over $500,000 in unreimbursed care, ensuring our neighbors receive the services they need, even when they cannot afford them.
