Mid-State is excited to announce the addition of Jason Forster, PA-C to our exceptional team of healthcare providers. Jason brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community health, making him an invaluable asset to our practice. Mid-State is looking forward to having a strong provider like Jason on its team to help further its mission of providing compassionate, accessible healthcare to the surrounding communities.

Jason Forster, PA-C, brings a robust background in healthcare and a passion for serving underserved populations. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama, where his educational journey began. Continuing his academic journey, he pursued a Master of Science in Entomology at the Auburn University he then furthered his medical education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, earning a Master of Physician Assistant Studies and deepened his commitment to patient care. Jason is accepting appointments for patients of all ages at Mid-State’s Lincoln health center.

His decision to join Mid-Strate Health Center, a non-profit organization committed to eliminating healthcare barriers, resonates deeply with his values. He is dedicated to removing health burdens and red tape, ensuring that every patient receives the attention and care they need to lead healthier lives. With a deep passion for preventative medicine, he focuses on proactive healthcare strategies to help patients maintain optimal health and prevent illnesses before they arise. He also has a strong interest in woman’s health, reproductive health, gender affirming care, and providing compassionate and comprehensive care

to support patients through every stage of life. As a veteran himself, Jason is committed to addressing the unique healthcare needs of veterans, ensuring they receive specialized care and the support they deserve.
