Mid-State Health Center has announced that it will be expanding its primary care offerings this winter in Lincoln, New Hampshire out of their new clinic located at 6 South Mountain Drive.
The new site will provide top-notch primary care for patients of all ages, hosting two compassionate primary care providers, Stephen Regan, MD, and Nicole Fischler, APRN. Dr. Regan and Nicole will provide primary care services at Mid-State’s new office in Lincoln, while also continuing to provide limited appointments in Mid-State’s Plymouth office for their current patient panels.
Robert MacLeod, Mid-State Health Center’s Chief Executive Officer said, “we’re excited to expand our model of care and bring our clinical team to the Lincoln community providing increased access to primary care and more options for patients. Everything we do is to best serve our patients and our community. We look forward to learning from patients in Lincoln to ensure this new site fits their needs.” MacLeod followed his statement noting how Mid-State is excited to collaborate with another Federally Qualified Health Center, Ammonoosuc Community Health Services, to provide additional choices for primary care in the northern New Hampshire region.
Mid-State Health Center’s Medical Director, Dr. David Fagan, said, “we are committed to meeting the needs of the communities we serve. We identified a need for primary care in the Lincoln region and wanted to do our part to help support the northernmost residents of our catchment area.”
Mid-State Health Center Lincoln will be located at 6 South Mountain Drive and will be open Monday through Friday. Mid-State Health will release additional information about the practice, including its hours of operation and an open house date for the community.
If you wish to become a new patient of the Lincoln office, Mid-State is accepting new patients now, with appointments beginning in early January.
