Mid-State is excited to announce that Dawn Thompson, Expanded Function Dental Assistant, was awarded Clinician of the Year from the New Hampshire Dental Society (NHDS).

The award ceremony was held on May 20 at Church Landing in Meredith, where the NHDS shined a spotlight on a large number of dentists, dental team members, and others who were nominated by their peers.

Dawn joined Mid-State in 2014 to assist in standing up the Mid-State Dental Clinic in Bristol.  Her skill, knowledge, compassion and drive helped build a thriving dental practice. She has deep roots in the local community and her commitment to serving her neighbors is evident in her empathetic approach to patient care.

Kelly Perry, Dental Director at Mid-State Health Center, says “It is impossible to put into words how much Dawn means to our clinic, our community, our staff and our patients. I could not be more grateful to work with her every day.”
