Mid-State Health Center is excited to announce the addition of Savannah Brown, FNP, to its Family Medicine Team. Savannah brings with her a strong background in preventative care and a deep commitment to patient education. Her approach focuses on ensuring that patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their healthcare journey, aligning with Mid-State’s mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care. Savannah’s dedication to fostering trust and empathy with every patient ensures a comfortable and supportive environment for those she serves.
Having been a patient of Mid-State herself and completing a clinical rotation with the Mid-State team while earning her Master of Science in Nursing, Savannah is familiar with the exceptional care Mid-State Health offers. Her experience as a patient has given her a unique perspective on the importance of compassionate care and patient-centered service. “My goal when treating patients is to work together as a team, ensuring they know they are heard and supported,” she shared. “I truly believe in building a partnership with my patients to help them make informed decisions about their care.”
Savannah earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Rivier University in 2024, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from Southern New Hampshire University. Her strong educational background and hands-on experience will be an asset to the Mid-State Family Medicine team, allowing her to serve the community with a well-rounded, collaborative approach to patient care.
Savannah will be seeing patients at both Mid-State Health’s Plymouth Office located at 101 Boulder Point Drive, Ste. 1 in Plymouth, as well as its Diagnostic and Care Center, at 28 Main Street in Plymouth. She is excited to contribute her skills and compassion to the team and looks forward to connecting with her patients.
