Mid-State Health Center is excited to announce the addition of Kristina Foss, APRN, FNP, specializing in non-operative orthopedic care, to its growing team of providers. By growing its bone and joint services locally, Mid-State Health is working to remove barriers and make it easier for patients to be seen, diagnosed, and treated closer to home.
Kristina brings a wealth of experience in treating acute injuries and a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Her approach focuses on relieving pain, restoring function, and helping patients return to their daily lives as safely and efficiently as possible. This addition strengthens Mid-State Health’s commitment to whole person care, offering more coordinated, cost-effective options for recovery.
A New Hampshire native in both her education and practice, Foss earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colby-Sawyer College and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of New Hampshire. She was drawn to Mid-State Health by its collaborative culture and deep connection to the community.
“I was immediately struck by how team-oriented and community-focused this organization is,” said Kristina Foss, APRN, FNP. “Being able to care for patients locally and continue providing the same high-quality orthopedic care close to home is incredibly meaningful to me. I am excited to help people get access to the care they need and make sure they feel supported every step of the way.”

Kristina is committed to a patient-first approach grounded in compassion, responsiveness, and advocacy. She works closely with patients to ensure they understand their options and feel confident in their care plan, with the goal of improving both outcomes and overall experience.
