This year’s Nutrition Month theme, “Food Connects Us”, emphasizes how the foods we eat nourish not only our bodies but our connections to our health, families, and others. By making thoughtful, positive changes to what we eat, we can improve our health, prevent chronic conditions, and build a healthier community together.
“Nutrition is more than just food, it’s a powerful tool for managing health, preventing disease, and building stronger connections with our families and communities,” says Denise. “This Nutrition Month, I encourage everyone to consider how the food they eat can improve not only their own well-being but also strengthen their relationships and enrich their lives.”
