Mid-State Health Center is pleased to announce Jill Hunter, Family Nurse Practitioner has joined the care team in our Bristol location and is now accepting new patients of all ages seeking primary healthcare services.

Jill began her education in healthcare in 1992, earning her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire. Jill graduated from Simmons College in Boston in 1998 with her Masters of Science in Nursing and became board-certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Jill treats people of all ages and is especially interested in women’s health, geriatrics, and palliative care. Along with working with the Mid-State Team, Jill also spends time at Pemi-Baker Home Health and Hospice providing hospice and palliative care.

Jill says “I believe that everyone deserves access to high quality, comprehensive health care, regardless of their health issues, lifestyle choices, or ability to pay. Mid-State delivers that level of care to all patients with kindness and respect.  I feel fortunate to be joining their team and am looking forward to making a difference in the community that I live.”
