Services
Digital X-Ray Services
Digital X-rays are quick and painless tests that produce images of the structures inside your body that are utilized to diagnose, monitor, and treat many medical conditions. We provide X-ray exams for common concerns such as assessing broken bones, back pain, and lung conditions.
Ultrasound Services
Ultrasound services do not utilize radiation to produce images. Sounds waves are used to produce images of the soft tissue. Ultrasounds are used for a wide range of exams, such as vascular, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging.
X-ray and Ultrasound exams are read by board-certified Radiologists at Southern New Hampshire Radiology and communicated back to your provider within 24 hours.
Hours of Operation
Appointments at our Plymouth Office are available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. To schedule an appointment, please call 603-536-4000.
Billing and Insurance
Please note: You may receive two bills for your X-ray images. One from Mid-State for your Imaging Test, and one from the Radiology Group for the professional interpretation of your images (the report). You or your insurance company may receive a separate bill for these services. Please be assured that you are not being billed for the same service twice.

Referal/Order
Please keep in mind, a Physician / Provider Referral Order is required for medical imaging services. Please call your doctor’s office for a referral, and they will assist you in scheduling an appointment at Mid-State Imaging Center.
