Full-time Patient Services Representative position is available for a friendly, detail-oriented, computer literate person.

Patient Services Representative duties include patient registration, scheduling, and coordination of patient appointments, clinician orders, and referrals in an electronic health care management software.

Responsibilities include facilitating communication between patients and doctors, medical staff, and administrative staff to support a successful workflow.

Previous medical office experience, as well as exemplary customer service skills required.

Above-average communication, organizational and analytical skills are sought. Applicants should possess a keen eye for detail and interest in working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with an electronic medical record preferred.

Office location may vary with coverage needs.
