Mid-State Health Center seeks an experienced finance professional to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer.

The CFO is responsible  for preparing clinic financial statements and internal accounting policies and procedures, including the general ledger, patient accounts, financial reporting, capital and operating budgets, and cash management.  Responsible for the overall organization, planning, and oversight of finance at Mid-State Health Center (MSHC).  The position serves as a key member of Mid-State’s leadership team and is responsible for operational oversight at all locations.  The ideal candidate will have excellent team-building skills, ability to find creative solutions to challenges, and experience in implementing process change successfully.

Must have a broad knowledge of financial management, budgetary practices  as well as extensive knowledge and experience with governmental and health care fiscal regulations and reporting requirements.
