Set against the backdrop of Birch Hill Far, the event will bring together local experts and community members to explore how health, nutrition, and financial stability intersect to support overall well-being.
Guests will enjoy a locally sourced, Mediterranean-inspired luncheon while participating in a thoughtful discussion on practical ways to improve everyday health and long-term security. The program will highlight approachable strategies for making informed decisions about nutrition, navigating healthcare options, and building financial resilience.
Featured speakers include Robert MacLeod, CEO of Mid-State Health Center, Denise Normandin, Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, Bob Magan, Senior Wealth Management Officer at Bank of New Hampshire, and John Scheinman, Mid-State Health Board Member and philanthropy consultant. Additional local voices will contribute to the conversation, offering insights on community health and wellness.
The event will include a panel discussion, opportunities for community connection, and raffles and giveaways. Proceeds from the event will support Mid-State Health’s Feed the Need program, which helps provide food and essential resources to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity in the region.
