Mid-State Health Center, in partnership with the Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, is excited to invite community members, business leaders, and regional organizations to attend a special Business After Hours and Annual Meeting Celebration on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Owl’s Nest Resort Sunset Pavillion, located at 40 Clubhouse Lane, Thorton, NH.

This year’s annual meeting themed “Growing Our Purpose” will celebrate the growth of Mid-State Health’s mission as we reflect on key milestones, share new way’s we’re embracing whole-person health, and highlight how we’re expanding access to care across our community. The evening will also feature a guest speaker, Tess Keunning, CEO of Bi-State Primary Care Association, speaking on the importance of health centers like Mid-State.

Connect with local businesses, neighbors, and community leaders, as well as members of the Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, and explore new opportunities for collaboration in a scenic setting.
