Mid-State Health Center is more than just a healthcare provider, we are a compassionate community dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of our patients. Our mission is to do what is right for the patient and our team is driven by this belief every day.
We take a team-based approach that values and encourages the treatment of the whole patient, providing innovative, high-quality, and patient-centered primary care. Our integrated care model has the patient at the center of all that we do, with nearly 13,000 patients served and 80,000 visits provided annually.
But our philosophy of doing what is right for the patient extends beyond our healthcare services. At Mid-State Health Center, we care deeply about our staff and the community we serve.
