SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are preferred for all of our office visits. Our office staff has been trained to assess as clearly as possible the nature of your problem when you call us. Your cooperation in answering our questions will ensure you are scheduled adequate time with your clinician. If an acute illness or emergency arises, we will make every effort to accommodate you in a timely manner. There are times when you may be advised to go to Speare Memorial Hospital Emergency Department instead of coming to our office. We may do this based on your specific circumstances, knowing that sometimes the Emergency Department is better equipped to handle particular problems. One of our clinicians is always available to the Emergency Department physician for consultation.

CHANGING APPOINTMENTS

Please notify us immediately if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We will make every effort to call you at least one day prior to confirm your scheduled appointment.
Failure to notify us within a timely manner (4 hours for a medical visit and 24 hours for a behavioral health visit) will result in a $50 or $100 no show fee being added to your account.
