Accepted Insurances
The list of accepted insurances is not a guarantee that claims or services with these insurance companies will be covered. If there is any question please contact your insurance company by using the number on the back of your card.
Currently we do not have a contract with United Healthcare (unless it's
dual branded with Harvard Pilgrim) or any other insurance company not listed above.
We will submit claims for patients to any insurance, but unless the plan allows for "out of network" benefits the patient will be held responsible for the
entire balance or any portion of the balance not paid by their insurance company.
If you do not have one of the insurance companies listed above please contact your insurance to see what, if any, benefits you may have.
Mid-State Health Center reserves the right to add or remove from this list without notice.
