The list of accepted insurances is not a guarantee that claims or services with these insurance companies will be covered. If there is any question please contact your insurance company by using the number on the back of your card.

• Cigna Healthcare
• Harvard Pilgrim
• Tricare - Standard and Prime
• Railroad Medicare
• MVP Healthcare

Currently we do not have a contract with United Healthcare (unless it's dual branded with Harvard Pilgrim), Aetna or any other insurance company not listed above. We will submit claims for patients to any insurance, but unless the plan allows for "out of network" benefits the patient will be held responsible for the entire balance or any portion of the balance not paid by their insurance company.

We are nearing the end of the "in process" for contracting with Aetna. Aetna is wrapping up credentialing our providers, and I have been told that Mid-State Health Center will be participating August 1, 2008 though some of our providers will need an additional week or so of processing before they are completed. We thank you for your patience during our negotiations.
