Welcome to Mid-State Health Center!
We are pleased to introduce you to our medical practice.
Mid-State Health Center is an independent, non-profit, federally qualified health center look-alike comprised of internal medicine, family medicine,
pediatric medicine, and clinical psychology. We are a Patient-Centered Medical Home, recognized at the highest level by the National Committee for
Quality Assurance. We have a total of 16 clinicians and 60 support staff, all eager to serve the health needs of the area. Our goal is to provide
excellence in integrated primary care in a system that is dedicated to patient and clinician satisfaction.
As we move into new phases of our development as a premier health center, we continue to operate with a clear and collective vision of an increasingly
accessible and high-quality medical and behavioral health practice. It is our privilege to consistently fulfill our mission of providing sound primary
care that is accessible to all regardless of their ability to pay.
Our ability to achieve our goals also depends on collaborating with other organizations and agencies at the local and state level. Mid-State Health Center
is a member of the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership. We are committed to working within the context of the broader community in service delivery.
Speare Memorial Hospital has played a crucial role in the success of Mid-State Health Center. It is because of the hospital's generous and on-going support
