Manchester- Capital Regional Development Council (CRDC) is awarded the Commissioner's Project of the Year Award. Niel Cannon executive director of CRDC was presented with the NH Economy Commissioner's Project of the Year Award for the building project with Mid-State Health Center.

The plaque reads "nheconomy Business is in our nature. The NH Division of Economic Development is pleased to present this Commissioner's Project of the Year Award to the Capital Regional Development Council for its outstanding Plymouth Community Health Center initiative."
